Some more details have emerged after it was reported that former NFL wide receiver Terrelle Pryor had been stabbed Friday night in Pittsburgh.

Pryor, who is now in stable condition and expected to recover, has apparently been charged with simple assault in the incident. Meanwhile, Shalaya Briston, the 24-year-old who stabbed Pryor, has been charged with attempted homicide and criminal aggravated assault.

Some rather disturbing details of the dispute have been reported by WPXI's Amy Hudak. Hudak reports that Pittsburgh police have described the pair as "mutual combatants."

Hudak also reports detectives found blood in Pryor's Mercedes, and multiple guns in the vehicle, including a Glock with a flashlight attachment.

Pryor and Briston were described to have a "volatile relationship," with Hudak reporting one witness claiming that Pryor "always had his hands all over her."

The incident occurred at the Heinz Lofts in Pittsburgh, roughly 30 miles from where Pryor grew up.
