With the NBA free agent bidding war scheduled to start tomorrow, it has been highly debated where Kevin Durant may end up. Many speculate he could go to the Knicks but other teams are throwing their offers at KD, including the team Durant most recently played for.

The Golden State Warriors are going to do everything in their power to re-sign Durant. Warriors GM Bob Myers is scheduled to meet with Durant on Saturday and he is bringing along a friend and teammate.

Teammate Steph Curry is on his way back from Under Armour Basketball's tour of China, and will reportedly meet up with Durant and Myers in New York where Durant is recovering after undergoing surgery to repair a torn Achilles.

Curry played a key part in bringing Durant to Golden State four years ago as he persuaded KD to join the Warriors following their loss to the Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. Steph will try to do the same thing now in 2019, hoping to convince Durant that Golden State is the best place for him to play.

The Warriors are planning on offering Durant a five-year, $221 million max contract. KD originally declined his $31.5 million dollar player option to become an unrestricted free agent, so Golden State will have to hope that their pitch is better than that of their rivals.

Curry already convinced KD to come to Golden State once, can he do it again?
