Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has a make-or-break 2020 season ahead of him, but you wouldn't know that he's one bad stretch of games away from being replaced if you followed him around during the offseason.

Rather than pushing himself relentlessly to continue defying Father Time, Big Ben's latest workout regimen, according to Jay Glazer, doesn't exactly rival marathon training. All he does is one session of yoga per day before playing golf and drinking beer. This has to have Steelers fans nervous.

It's a good thing the football media has decided that for some reason this is all a charming part of Roethlisberger's persona, as these points could easily be cited as evidence that he's lazy and isn't taking his workouts seriously. But we guess that's what happens when you're not Cam Newton or Baker Mayfield.

Roethlisberger has a pivotal season ahead of him, as the Steelers could easily look to draft a new franchise quarterback should his performance start to decline. You'd think he'd have a more strenuous workout routine than the random yinzer sitting in Section 215 watching him play.

Should Roethlisberger start to run out of gas, his questionable workout routine can and should be brought back into the spotlight.
