Robert Horry is one of the most underrated winners in NBA history. With seven rings during his time with the Olajuwon Rockets of the 90s, the Shaq-Kobe Lakers of the early 2000’s and the Duncan-Parker-Ginobili Spurs, Horry has won in a lot of different places. He's also earned the moniker "Big Shot Bob" for good reason, with Game 5 of the 2005 Finals being a perfect example. It's the anniversary of this moment, so no better time to revisit it!

With nine seconds on the clock, Horry inbounded the side-out to Manu Ginobili in the corner. When Ginobili was doubled, a bounce pass to Horry, who stepped into a wide open three and drilled it, propelled San Antonio to a 3-2 series lead over the Pistons.

Horry was never a star player during his 16-year career, but he played his role of hitting big shots like no one could. Lakers fans can obviously vouch for Big Shot Bob dating all the way back to 2002.

For Rockets, Lakers and Spurs fans, Horry will go down as a quintessential role player during some of their title runs. Horry had a knack for performing in the big moment, even if he just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
