Sophia Smith scored a great goal in the USWNT win over Mexico

As the U.S. Women's National Team gets ready for the Summer Olympics, fans continue to have hope that a strong showing will be on the way. On Saturday, the USA hosted Mexico for a tune-up match and they dominated play.
Things were highlighted by a wonderful goal from Sophia Smith in the second half. The distribution of the ball leading up to the goal was unreal. Smith ended up getting the ball, did some nifty work and then powered a brilliant shot into the back of the net. The fans in New Jersey went wild after seeing this:

That was goal No. 20 for Smith for her country. Soon enough, the USA will be ready to play this well in the Olympics too, as the squad is dreaming of bringing home a gold medal this summer.
