Portuguese club SL Benfica and Guadalajara from Mexico, are set to square off in the International Champions Cup Saturday afternoon.

Benfica looks to kick things off with a bang here in the International Champions Cup. They had a successful 2018-19 campaign in which they were crowned Liga NOS champions and made it to the third group stage of the UEFA Champions League. They're most recent match was an 8-0 thrashing of Academica.
Guadalajara, meanwhile, is looking to rebound from their opening loss. They staked themselves to an early 1-0 lead over Fiorentina on Tuesday, but a quick response and an early second-half goal from the opposition ultimately proved to be their undoing in the 2-1 loss.

That loss in their first match should prove to be a motivator for Guadalajara to come out hungry for a victory. Benfica will have to be prepared from the get-go if they want to come out on top.
