Shooting at Rose Bowl Following Oklahoma-UCLA Game Leaves One Dead

Tragedy struck Los Angeles following Chip Kelly and UCLA's 48-14 loss to Lincoln Riley, Jalen Hurts and Oklahoma at the Rose Bowl.
According to KTLA, 20-30 gunshots were fired outside of the Rose Bowl at around 11 p.m., several hours after the game ended. In the aftermath of the shooting, an 18-year-old man later identified as Kamryn Stone was killed and a 51-year-old man was wounded.

"The Rose Bowl Stadium and parking lots were cleared of patrons and vehicles from the UCLA game several hours earlier," said spokeswoman Lisa Derderian.
Sources say that the shooting stemmed from a fight in the parking lot that escalated and got out of hand.
The motive remains unclear, and there have been no arrests made in this case yet, but police are postulating that this was premeditated and not a random attack nor a crime of passion.
