Seahawks could end up signing DT Geno Atkins

Is a former Pro Bowl and All Pro defensive tackle ready to sign with an NFC powerhouse? That could be the case, as Geno Atkins is getting ready to visit the Seattle Seahawks this week.

Atkins was a standout for the Cincinnati Bengals, but he's now looking for a new home. Pete Carroll is interested in making that home become Seattle.

This would be a sensational move by the Seahawks if they were to land him. Atkins is a force in the trenches and would really help out the defensive unit. If he's cheap enough, Seattle shouldn't think twice about signing him.
