If there is one position (or group) in football that is staggeringly unappreciated, it's offensive linemen.

Because everybody and their mother is obsessed with touchdowns and mind-blowing defensive plays, the work that OL's do in the trenches often gets overlooked.

That's exactly the case with the New Orleans Saints lauded offense and sneaky elite defense. Lost in the greatness of Michael Thomas, Drew Brees, and Cameron Jordan, among others, has been the utter dominance of Ryan Ramczyk and Terron Armstead, who somehow haven't allowed a single sack through Week 16.

We're not sure how that's possible, but we are absolutely positive that these two world-beaters deserve some sort of bonus on their paychecks for keeping Brees upright as efficiently as they do. The only other tackle in the league to have not surrendered a sack is Ravens' Ronnie Stanley.

To make the figure all the more mind-boggling is the fact that Ramcyzk has played a whopping 989 snaps in 2019, and Armstead has featured in an equally-impressive 881.

In the simplest of terms, they are relentless and deserve national recognition as two of the best offensive tackles in the NFL.

That, right there, is poetry in motion.

It must be incredibly reassuring for Brees (and Teddy Bridgewater) to know that their blindside is always accounted for.
