All-Pro defensive end Cameron Jordan is now the first Saints defensive player to comment on all-time great Tom Brady joining the NFC South as a member of the rival Buccaneers. Jordan is known for making his opinions known when it comes to opposing quarterbacks throughout the NFC, having fired off past comments on the likes of Cam Newton, Eli Manning, and Kirk Cousins, and wasn't about to lean away now that he gets to face TB12 twice in 2020.

At least twice.

On Sirius XM NFL Radio, the four-time Pro Bowler said Monday that it will be “super, super weird” having Brady in the division.

"I'm not excited about it," he said, "but at the same time, I sort of am."

Jordan has always been known for his undending drive for getting after the quarterback, and this season will be no different. With a confidence that occasionally reaches a level of cockiness, he has helped assemble a winning culture that has positioned the Saints among football's elite.

When the Saints and Bucs battle this fall, the readymade narrative is likely to focus on the duel between two of the best quarterbacks of all time in Brady and Drew Brees, but the games will undoubtedly be determined based on which team can hassle the opposing QB most frequently and force him into costly mistakes. With that in mind, Jordan and the Saints' defensive front will be hungry as ever, as the team ranked third in the league in sacks in 2019.

The upcoming chess matches between Brady and the Saints D will be fun stuff to watch. Don't take your eyes off the NFC South this season.
