Who saw this coming for the Denver QB?

Things have simply not gone according to plan for the Denver Broncos after they pulled off the blockbuster trade to land star quarterback Russell Wilson. Things have only gotten worse for Denver of late, with the team struggling on both sides of the ball.

With two games left in the campaign, Denver has decided enough is enough - they're sending Wilson to the bench. Not only that, but it's also expected that the team will be cutting him this offseason, opening the door for him to sign with a new team in 2024. Whoa.

Wilson won a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks, but his play has been on the decline since he made his way to the AFC West. In the coming months, he'll be looking for a new place to call home and several teams will surely be showing strong interest in him.
