The Warriors dynasty is on the brink of extinction, as they are currently in a dreaded 3-1 deficit against Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals. Fans have been awaiting for Kevin Durant to come save them, but the star forward is still struggling through the rehab of his calf injury.

Apparently, the fans aren't the only ones who are frustrated with Durant's absence. According Sam Amick of The Athletic, the Warriors have become irritated that Durant is still sidelined.

Sources told Amick, "there was a very real hope that Durant would be able to play in Game 4, to push through in much the same way that Thompson, Cousins, Iguodala and Looney have done of late. When that didn’t happen, and when they saw their season compromised more than ever without him after they’d grown hopeful of his return after seeing him on the court, the irritation grew in large part because they simply didn’t understand why he wasn’t there."

While it's understandable for frustrations to be high when the team is faced with adversity, blaming Durant's injury should be the last excuse for the Warriors.

The superstar has been their best player for the past three years and isn't personally choosing not to play. Durant hasn't been cleared by the team trainer, who is the one making the call on KD's return.

The Warriors have always overpowered teams with their talent, but with Durant out, the talent gap has closed. The lack of discipline and chemistry the team has suffered is now starting to show. The team can continue to be frustrated by KD's injury, but they'll be the ones that'll have to turn this series around.
