VIDEO: Referee Hilariously Flops After Eastern Michigan QB Throws Punch in His General Vicinity

The Quick Lane Bowl between Pittsburgh and Eastern Michigan was a surprisingly close game that also got a bit chippy. Tensions heightened at the end of the game and EMU quarterback Mike Glass III was ejected for throwing some soft punches. One connected with the hat of a referee who went on to offer up one of the better flops of bowl season.

The flop combined with the flag toss made for a scene James Harden would be proud of. The ref must have saw the punch coming and just assumed it would connect. He had already committed to the flop despite the fact that Glass' hand literally only touched the bill of his cap.
