Now, the Redskins will be stuck without one of their best inside linebackers-- the only question is how long. It's possible that the injury could hold him out for much longer than just the standard year of recovery that's required for an ACL injury, as he could have possible artery damage, per the latest reports.
Been told Reuben Foster has torn ACL as @RapSheet reported. Also some worries about possible artery damage in his leg, according to a source.

Serious injury.
Redskins fans were absolutely looking forward to seeing Foster prove himself this year after being claimed off waivers in the 2018 season after the San Francisco 49ers released him due to a domestic violence arrest. The full severity of the injury is not known at this point, but for now, Foster's future with Redskins is in some doubt.
