How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch for Friday night's face off between the Cubs and Reds is set for 7:10 p.m. ET from Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati. The game will be broadcasted locally on NBC Sports Chicago and Fox Sports Ohio. You can find additional streams on the MLB Streams subreddit.
Cubs Lineup
Kyle Schwarber comes back in at left field, while Victor Caratini takes over for Jonathan Lucroy behind the plate. Leading off for the Cubbies is Jason Heyward, followed by scorching hot newcomer Nicholas Castellanos, who has hit 3 homers in his eight-game stint with the club.
Yu Darvish has been on an absolute tear as of late. In his last outing, the Cubs' phenomenal righty held the Brewers to one run in five innings. As has been a trend of his lately, Darvish managed not to walk a single batter in that game, earning his fourth win of the season.
Reds Lineup
The Reds will go with a number of changes for game two, with new starters at left field, shortstop, second base and catcher. Jesse Winker is in at left field, followed by first baseman Joey Votto and third baseman Eugenio Suarez. Josh VanMeter occupies second base, ahead of scorching hot rookie Aristides Aquino, who clobbered a 118 mph home run on Thursday night.
Trevor Bauer's debut with the Reds was not a great one, allowing 7 hits and 3 runs in 4.2 innings against the Braves. Now set to make his Cincinnati home debut, Bauer also goes for his 10th win of the season. The 28 year-old righty will look to get back on track with his first divisional match as a part of the NL Central.
