Ryan Yarbrough is on the hill for the Rays. He's struggled in 2019, posting a 5-2 record with a 5.31 ERA. Yarbrough has compiled just 30 strikeouts across 42.1 innings pitched. He'll be making his fourth start of the year against the Angels, looking to keep them off the board for as long as he can.
