Ravens Signing Former Eagles LB Paul Worrilow After Philly Released Him
By Thomas Carannante

The Baltimore Ravens are adding to their linebacking corps with some help from the Philadelphia Eagles.
Philly released linebacker Paul Worrilow on Aug. 18, but he wasn't without a home for long. The Ravens are reportedly bringing him aboard.

And make no mistake about it -- Worrilow is a contributor. While he's bounced around the NFL, playing for the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions (he never logged a game for the Eagles after suffering a torn ACL last year), he's got some pretty solid stats to back up his resume.
The 29-year-old had plenty of experience early on in his career, so he could be a formidable depth option for the Birds.
Ravens bringing in ILB Paul Worrilow today to sign him, pending a physical, according a to a source. He played for the Eagles last season. Worrilow has 413 tackles, 11 pass deflections, and four sacks in five NFL seasons, starting 52 of 72 career games.

We know how the Ravens operate. They're somehow always getting the most out of the defensive players they sign, so they clearly see something in Worrilow.
Not to mention, it appears as if Baltimore is having some injury trouble with with linebackers.
Ravens LB Patrick Onwuasor walked off field toward end of practice. He had practiced past three days after missing Saturday with undisclosed injury. OLB Tyus Bowser got dinged up 45 minutes into practice and didn’t take a snap rest of the day.

Don't be surprised if Worrilow is getting meaningful snaps early on in the season.
