Ravens DB Tony Jefferson to Miss the Rest of Season With Torn ACL
By Karl Rasmussen

While the Ravens were able to pull off the overtime victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, they were dealt a big blow afterwards.
Star DB Tony Jefferson was carted off the field after suffering a knee injury in the game, and John Harbaugh has now delivered an unfortunate update on Jefferson's status.
Harbaugh revealed that Jefferson's season is over, as the 27-year-old suffered a torn ACL, and possibly more damage to his lower half.

While the Ravens defense was still able to get the job done on Sunday, things will be more difficult for the unit going forward.
Jefferson is a key member of the team's secondary, having started all five of their games this year. The safety has logged two passes defensed and 20 tackles this season.

The Ravens will continue to monitor Jefferson, and he'll likely undergo more tests as they further gauge the severity of the injury, which will hopefully shine some light on the additional damage sustained by his knee.
