After years of 7-9 seasons and barely watchable football under Jeff Fisher, the Los Angeles Rams have become one of the most captivating shows on turf thanks to the savvy drafting and free agent decisions overseen by GM Les Snead, as well as the high-octane offensive attack masterminded by head coach Sean McVay.

The Rams have now rewarded their exceptional GM and child prodigy head coach commensurately. Each has received a multi-year contract extension to lock them in with LA and ensure they'll be around when the brand-new Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywod Park opens in 2020.

After a 4-12 season in the last year of the Fisher regime that saw Jared Goff put up one of the worst rookie QB seasons in history, McVay's innovative offense has made the Rams a juggernaut out west. McVay has a 24-8 overall record in the regular season, and made it to the Super Bowl in only his second campaign as head coach.

Goff, meanwhile, has thrown a robust 60 touchdowns against 19 interceptions in 31 games under McVay's watch.

Ever since becoming the GM in 2012, Snead has drafted franchise cornerstones like Goff, Aaron Donald, Todd Gurley, and Cooper Kupp. That's not a bad bit of work.

With their quarterback, head coach, and GM firmly in place, the Rams look set to dominate the NFC West for years to come.
