Seattle Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar has a warrant out for his arrest after allegedly committing an armed robbery Thursday night in the Miami area. New York Giants corner DeAndre Baker was also allegedly part of the crime.

Dunbar has yet to turn himself in to police in Miramar, Florida, however. That may be because he knows he is innocent -- that is what he is claiming, through his attorney, in the latest developlement to emerge in this certifiably insane drama.

Per Michael Grieco, Dunbar apparently has swonr affidavits from five individuals at the alleged crime scene insisting that he was not involved in no robbery. This raises a ton of questions, including whether Dunbar was a victim himself, whether the whole thing even took place, and what Baker's role is in all of this.

The NFL offseason period is often labeled as the silly season. This story keeps proving that "silly" is a mild way to put things.

This is another crazy twist on the events of late Wednesday night. First came the news, then the arrest warrants, and now this. The truth will come out eventually, but at this rate, don't be surprised if there are more zany shoes to drop.
