Pacho has been a rising talent for a while now. He was fantastic in the Copa America, putting together strong showings in group play and then in the quarterfinals vs. Argentina. Now, he'll be making the move from the Bundesliga to Ligue 1. It's been a busy summer for PSG too, as they also recently announced the signing of standout midfielder Joao Neves.
