Player Who Injured 'System QB' Tom Brady in 2008 Thinks Peyton Manning is the Undeniable GOAT

Bernard Pollard already didn't have many friends left in Patriots country, and may have just burned whatever bridges he had left by committing what the New England area considers sacrilege.

While Pollard played nine years in the NFL with the Chiefs, Ravens, Texans, and Titans, picking up a ring with Baltimore, he is most remembered for delivering the blow that tore Tom Brady's ACL in 2008 while in Kansas City. Pollard is still no fan of Brady after all these years, declaring him a "system QB" while holding up Peyton Manning as the greatest quarterback ever to play.

The GOAT debate isn't dying down and will continue until heat death of the universe, but resting your entire argument on the lazy "system QB" cliche is just taking the easy way out.

Pollard cited Peyton's accomplishments with both the Colts and Broncos, coupled with the fact that Peyton was essentially his own offensive coordinator, as reasons that No. 18 has earned the right to be called the GOAT.

Pollard continued his anti-Patriots diatribe, responding to all the fans calling him a mercenary and cheap-shot artist by bringing up his squeaky-clean record against the Patriots.

He even called Brady himself a dirty player! Pollard has gone full wrestling heel.

Whatever your feelings on who the real GOAT is, Pollard's opinion is unlikely to sway you either way. However, if a former 230 pound safety who goes by @crushboy31 says that Brady isn't the best ever, I'm not going to tell him he's wrong.
