The coronavirus pandemic has forced schools at all levels across the nation to shut down. Colleges and universities have resorted to online courses in order to finish out the final semester of the year. That doesn't sound fun for anybody, and former NFL great Peyton Manning, ever-aware of that reality, amazingly crashed an online class at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee.

This is precisely why Peyton is the best.

In truth, we would've liked to see more shocked reactions from the class, but their smiles were enough to convey that they knew one of the greatest Volunteers of all time was attempting to boost their morale.

Credit to one of Manning's former professors for playing along here, too. His efforts deserved more ooh's and ahh's, especially from one particular grumpy student who clearly didn't appreciate Peyton dropping in.

That's just disappointing.

Outside of that, we'll say that Manning's surprise was a success!
