Patriots TE Benjamin Watson Appeared on FOX News to Comment on Abortion and Blast Alyssa Milano

Where's the infamous "stick to sports" crowd on this one?
Ever since the infamous Colin Kaepernick National Anthem protests, players around the NFL have been more confident in speaking up for causes they believe in.
With the most recent cultural debate surrounding abortion laws, it was just a matter of time before we heard some players giving their opinion on the discussion. New England Patriots tight end Benjamin Watson is the first, as he appeared on FOX News to debate.
NFL star Benjamin Watson shreds Alyssa Milano’s rhetoric on black women and abortions: Ignorance, racism, or both https://t.co/xGelax13Tn

Watson has been an outspoken on abortion for a few years now. In 2016, he stated that Planned Parenthood was created to "exterminate blacks."
.@Alyssa_Milano to claim that giving MORE children of color the right to be born will negatively affect “women of color” reveals IGNORANCE, RACISM or some combination of both. Our children and families are capable of greatness and lies like this harm our future. Dont patronize us https://t.co/ZSHedXRv1C

Watson, who is suspended for the first four games of the 2019 season, is certainly maximizing his free time with these controversial viewpoints.
Milano was referring to the abortion bans negatively affecting people of lower socio-economic status because they won't be able to access affordable care that Planned Parenthood provides, but it seems Watson is thinking a little bit more to the extreme here.
We'll just leave it at that.
