The coronavirus pandemic has hit the state of Massachuetts especially hard, as the state is currently sixth in the country in confirmed coronavirus cases. In order to help doctors that are currently dealing with a shortage of protective equipment, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has used the official team plane to deliver N95 masks from China. The plane will touch down in Boston this afternoon with around 1 million protective masks.

Classy and selfless doesn't even begin to describe this gesture.

Increasing the recovery rate and decreasing the mortality rate is, in a nutshell, how healthcare workers across the country can help the infected beat this while preventing the virus from spreading. That pursuit is folly if they don't have the proper equipment to do their job.

He's doing a solid to help out the people of New York, as well.

This is exactly what we all want to see in these times of COVID-19.

Hopsitals in all 50 states are either struggling currently with keeping the virus under control or will start struggling if the virus continues to spread. Kraft making sure the healthcare workers keeping us safe and healthy have enough protective gear is doing more for the state of Massachusetts than any Super Bowl victory will ever do.
