Packers RB Aaron Jones Cut Out Candy in Offseason and Transformed Body
By Sean Facey

Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones had a solid season in his second year with the team.
The crazy part, though, is that he wasn't even in his top physical form. Jones cut out candy from his diet during the offseason and transformed his body for 2019, leading to renewed optimism for an extended breakout.
Body transformation stories are common this time of year. Some matter. Most don’t. @Showtyme_33’s might. https://t.co/ZwS0sdsmyq

It's scary to think what he'll be able to do in the upcoming season now that he's cut down on his body fat.
In 2018, Jones averaged a league-leading 5.5 yards per carry, totaling 728 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns in just 12 games. Add in his 206 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown, and the Packers have all the makings of a premier running back.

Under the new offensive scheme for the Packers, it's reasonable to assume that the newly-slimmed-down Jones will thrive this year, especially since he'll no longer be splitting time with Ty Montgomery.
With Jones now atop the depth chart and in peak physical condition, the rest of the league should be wary of the Packers' new ground attack heading into the new NFL season.
