Tommy Lasorda is one of the most revered managers in baseball history, and rightfully so. He spent all 21 of his years as an MLB skipper with the Los Angeles Dodgers and led the club to 1,599 wins during that span.

Among his accolades include two World Series titles and four National League pennants. The 92-year-old legend was named Manager of the Year on two separate occasions, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1997.

What made him so successful as a clubhouse leader, you ask? Well, according to former players, it was probably his unorthodox, but equally hilarious, approach to managing.

With Spring Training wrapping up, the Dodgers skipper used to sit on his toilet and instruct fringe roster players into his "office" for a meeting. Most of the time, these players were convinced that Lasorda was going to tell them they didn't make the Opening Day roster. However, after a grueling 15-minute conference that featured impossibly difficult questions, he would congratulate them on making the team.

Lasorda was also renowned for trying to strike out his players during batting practice. If he succeeded, he wouldn't hesitate to eviscerate them. Talk about building confidence!

His antics even extended to live games, where he was a savant as it pertains to stalling umpires during mound visits. In doing so, his relievers had more time to get loose.

And who could forget the Pennsylvania native giving the Philadelphia Phillies mascot, who was taunting him by brandishing an inflatable Lasorda doll, the absolute business?

What a savage.

If your stomach isn't hurting from laughing, well, we don't know what to tell you. Lasorda is a legend to the game in so many different aspects that it's really impossible to keep count.
