The No. 25 Cowboys enter play with an 8-4 record thanks mostly to the effort of Hubbard, who led the nation with 1,936 rushing yards after taking over for the departed Justice Hill. Head coach Mike Gundy has the Cowboys in their 14th straight bowl appearance, but will have to try and win this one without starting QB Spencer Sanders. Dru Brown, who started the final two games for OK State, will get the nod.
As for the Aggies, Jimbo Fisher's squad did not perform up to the lofty expectations set for them this year, finishing with a mediocre 7-5 record. However, all of those losses came to top teams in LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and Clemson, so it's hard to fault them. They had one of the hardest schedules in the country.
