Oklahoma's Utter Dominance Thus Far Proves Jalen Hurts' Revenge Tour is Very Much Real
By Sean Facey

After transferring from Alabama to Oklahoma for the 2019 season, there was a cloud of doubt hanging over Jalen Hurts. There were questions as to whether or not he'd be able to succeed away from the Crimson Tide.
But through his first few games with the Sooners, he and the offense have looked nothing short of dominant. Their victories have been incredibly convincing, and it turns out that Hurts' revenge tour to upend his former school and capture a national title as a starter is fully on.
Jalen Hurts has been BALLIN' ?

He's the first Big 12 player with three 60-yard completions in a game since Patrick Mahomes in 2016.

It's just been one blowout after another for the Sooners this year with him under center. They put up 49 against Houston, 70 against South Dakota, 48 against UCLA and 55 against Texas Tech. In each game, the offense has looked borderline unstoppable.
And the key to their success has quite literally been Hurts. Heading into Saturday, he had completed 49 of his 61 passes for 880 yards, nine touchdowns and an absurd 250.2 rating, and that's not even including his 373 yards on the ground, which lead the team.
Today, Jalen Hurts (254.7) notched his fourth straight game of a pass efficiency rating of at least 245.0. No other FBS player since at least 1996 has recorded more than two games of a rating of 245.0+ (min. 18 attempts) in a season. #Sooners

Think about that...
The show kept going against the aforementioned Texas Tech. He passed for 413 yards and three touchdowns while adding an additional 70 yards and a rushing touchdown with his legs.
He's torching every defense put in front of him with ruthless efficiency. He's playing at a Heisman-caliber level.
We'll see what happens when he faces an elite defense, but something tells us he's already used to that, and Oklahoma's offense should be just fine considering it's a well-oiled machine.
