Former Oklahoma Head Coach Barry Switzer Flashes 'Horns Up' and Sooners Nation Should Be Devastated

Barry Switzer won three national championships as the head coach of the Oklahoma Sooners. He's in the College Football Hall of Fame as a result of his legendary tenure in Norman.
That's why it is so shocking to see him flash an iconic gesture inextricably linked with OU's hated Texas Longhorns. The context doesn't matter, Barry!
Why would I smile and do “Horns Up”? A University of Texas graduate helping me change a blowout on I-40 in 5 pm trafffic! His name Francisco De Soto, 37-year-old mechanical engineer, from El Paso, Texas. Francisco had no idea who he was helping! @UTAustin #mechanicalengineering pic.twitter.com/iwRMFXDmV8

This ulitmately good-hearted move by Switzer will surely still have diehard Sooners fans freaking out over what can be seen as the ultimate betrayal.
The only way to fix it is to turn the picture upside down.
Fixed it, Coach. pic.twitter.com/fgtQsUXP0S

The other baffling part is that this 37-year-old Texas graduate helping him change his tire didn't recognize Switzer. He only won a Super Bowl in Dallas, no big deal.
In reality, this is not a big deal. But there are going to be plenty of Sooners fans horribly offended by this. The Texas Longhorns faithful, however, will surely blow this picture up and use it on signs and shirts next season -- we're all for good samaritans, but was it worth it, coach?
