Transfer quarterback Justin Fields will lead the Buckeyes offense. Despite being a former top recruit, Fields had very limited playing time with Georgia last season and only threw for four touchdown passes due to the continued emergence of Jake Fromm.
Chase Young has to fill the void left by Nick Bosa, and did so while he was injured last season. Last season he had 51 tackles and looks to pick up where he left off in 2018.

The well-traveled Lane Kiffin has found a home at FAU, for now. His NFL style spread offense has helped the Owls in recruiting, attracting the best class in their conference by a mile.
Despite having Kiffin at the helm, the Buckeyes are still favored by 27.5 points in this season-opening matchup.
