After the revealing of some new evidence that partially exonerated Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham's attempt to appeal the fine he received from his dust-up last week just hit a major speed bump.

After a video showing Beckham might have instigated the scrap with Humphrey by punching him before they tussled on the ground was made public, Beckham was fined an undisclosed amount by the league.

Now that the video is out and in the public eye, there's very little Beckham can do by appealing this other than proverbially stamping his feet and making a fuss. The Browns have enough noise and problems around them for Beckham to hold on to this.

You punched the guy. That's a fine. Sorry, but those are the rules.

If you have a couple hundred thousand dollars lying around for a watch, you should be able to humble up, pay your fine, and put this in the past.
