Oakland Raiders OL Trent Brown Denies Allegations Made by Ex-Girlfriend
By Michael Luciano

Yet another domestic violence allegation has cropped up around the NFL, this one involving Oakland Raiders offensive lineman Trent Brown, who became the highest-paid right tackle in league history last offseason.
Brown's girlfriend Diorra Marzette-Sanders filed a civil suit in Alameda County court claiming that Brown, who is 6-8 and weighs 360 pounds, punched and slapped her on several occasions, leaving her "bruised, bloodied, and battered."
Brown rebuked those accusations on Twitter, claiming they are all made up and that the court system will clear his name.
I am aware that my ex-girlfriend has filed a civil suit against me. I deny the claims. They are false. I believe in the court system where I will clear my name. I will not be making any further comment at this time.

Marzette-Sanders claimed that Brown has been a repeat offender, with multiple incidents since 2018. When Marzette-Sanders wanted to leave with the couple's child, she claims that Brown stated he would shoot her "in the f***ing head."

The lawsuit, filed in civil court rather than criminal court, is seeking both a jury trial and unspecified punitive damages as compensation.
While the situation is basically one person's word against another at this moment in time, this is another horrid situation for Jon Gruden and the Raiders to be in.
