NFLPA Might Take Action Legal Against Jets Team Doctor Over Keleche Osemele Injury Debacle

Not only are the Jets 1-5 this season, but the organization as a whole has become even more of an embarrassment following the health update on offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele.
In case you missed it, Osemele was told he needed to have surgery on his shoulder, but the Jets insisted he could keep playing through the pain. He ended up having the procedure Friday, and was actually fined by the Jets for an unexcused absence. Now, post surgery, it's been revealed the damage on said shoulder was actually worse than previously thought. And it's all on the Jets right now.
Per Kelechi Osemele’s agents: Osemele’s surgery went well yesterday, but damage to shoulder was more extensive than anticipated. His representatives and NFLPA are now considering specific action against the Jets’ team doctor for violations of State Medical Board Regulations.

Anyone surprised by this? The Jets' team doctor literally botched everything here. Osemele's circumstances have put a giant black eye on the NY franchise. How could they have managed to handle this so darn poorly?
In addition to Osemele's reps ready to take action, the NFLPA is also jumping in ready to help out. Good. Osemele's health should always be a top concern. For the Jets to try and get him to keep playing despite his injury is disturbing.
Jets OL Kelechi Osemele has been told by two doctors that he needs shoulder surgery, per source.

The source says the Jets have been attempting to delay surgery by sending blank and incorrect MRI images to doctors...even going as far as refusing to release workers comp forms.
Imagine trying to lure free agents to East Rutherford following this mess?
Things keep getting worse for the team. How do you spin this? Just a total embarrassment.
