The Dallas Cowboys need a win and some help to take the NFC East and get into the postseason. Making the playoffs may be the only thing that could save Jason Garrett's job and even then, anything less than a Super Bowl victory will likely have Jerry Jones finding a replacement.

With Garrett potentially coaching his final game Sunday, Jones has to already be considering other options. Here are three of the most likely replacements for the Cowboys head coach.

3. Matt Rhule

Rhule has turned around the program at Baylor and did the same at Temple before that. His name has popped up in NFL coaching rumors for months and he even has one year of professional coaching experience as an assistant with the Giants. His innovative offense and ability to turn teams around should have Jones interested.

2. Ron Rivera

Rivera has proven to be successful in the NFL and is viewed as someone who can bring discipline to any team he coaches. The Cowboys could even keep some of the offensive staff in place if Rivera became the head coach. For the emotion and leadership Garrett seems to lack, Rivera would bring new life and a new attitude to a Cowboys team that desperately needs it.

1. Lincoln Riley

Oklahoma was destroyed in the Peach Bowl and head coach Lincoln Riley may now be looking for a new challenge. He has gotten the most out of his players, especially his quarterbacks, and Jones could bring Riley in to get the most out of Dak Prescott. Riley's offense could change the NFL, and he should be the top candidate if Jones wants someone who can truly turn this franchise around.
