Minkah Fitzpatrick's Latest Comments Prove Steelers Made Perfect Decision Trading for Him

The Pittsburgh Steelers' trade for Minkah Fitzpatrick could not have turned out to be any better. In 14 games with the Steelers, he pulled down five interceptions and recovered two fumbles. He was an absolute game-changer whenever he was on the gridiron.
If there were any doubts that he wasn't the ideal fit for the Steelers, they could immediately be put to rest following his recent comments on his departure from the Miami Dolphins.

"I'm comfortable on the field," he said. "[They] just allow me to play fast and do what I do. That's what I like about (playing) here."
He also added that he sorely wanted out of Miami after spending just over a year with the Dolphins.
All things considered, the two sides have been an amazing fit. Fitzpatrick plays hard and with passion on every play, something that fits in perfectly with the Steelers' system.

He's got a gritty, playmaker attitude about him. He needed the Steelers and the Steelers needed him. And considering how last year went, it seems like it's only the beginning of a long and successful relationship between the two.
