The Michigan State football program was given a bit of a shock when Mark Dantonio stepped down as head coach this offseason.

That move saw Mel Tucker get hired for the job and as with any new coach, assistants aren't sure if they will be retained. That is apparently a deal-breaker for defensive end Jacub Panasiuk.

The above tweet was taken down, but lives forever thanks to screenshots. Panasiuk still has the following up on his account:

The tweet is in reference to defensive ends coach Chuck Bullough. Clearly he has the support of his players and others in the football world.

The only problem is that it may not be a good look for his guys to threaten to transfer if he is not retained. However, it could show Tucker that there is no need for turnover at that coaching position if it is going to cause such a stir.

Bullough's future is still undecided. This vocal support could prove to be the ultimate difference either way.
