Michael Bennett Stands for National Anthem for 1st Time Since 2016 in Cowboys Debut
By Michael Luciano

For the first time in nearly three years, Michael Bennett didn't take a knee.
Bennett and his brother Martellus were among the first to join Colin Kaepernick's movement and kneel during the national anthem of NFL games. However, just before Monday Night Football against the New York Giants, Bennett did something he hasn't done since he was a Seahawk in 2016. He stood during the anthem.

Bennett, who was acquired in a trade by the Dallas Cowboys from the New England Patriots after playing less and less in each passing game, is trying to re-establish himself as the dominant pass rusher we saw in Seattle and Philadelphia for the last half-decade.
He has just 2.5 sacks and five tackles this season, but hopefully playing near Robert Quinn and Demarcus Lawrence can change that.

It appears that Bennett can be crossed off the list of those still protesting the anthem.
