VIDEO: UCF QB McKenzie Milton Receives Standing Ovation on Senior Night in Tear-Jerking Moment
By Michael Luciano
UCF dismantled USF in their senior class' final collegiate game. Noticeably absent from the playing field is former star quarterback McKenzie Milton, who hasn't played a down of football since his leg was snapped in half during the USF game in 2018. Milton was still able to make his way to Spectrum Stadium for Senior Night, and his walkout with his parents will certainly get the waterworks flowing.
Under both Scott Frost and Josh Heupel, the Knights were arguably the most entertaining show in all of college football over the last few years, and the 5-10, 180 pound Milton was at the center of it all, even generating some legit Heisman buzz.
Milton's injury might have ended his college football career, and potentially his playing career, but he can sling it all over the field when healthy, and it would be incredibly foolish to count him out.
Milton might be one of the greatest "what if's" in college football history, but he'll forever be an immortal within the UCF program, as he helped drag them from a winless campaign to going undefeated and beating Auburn in a bowl game. His story will live forever in Orlando.
