Manchester United hires Ralf Rangnick as interim manager

While Michael Carrick powered Manchester United to a Champions League win over Villarreal this week, his time in charge appears to be coming to an end. That's because it has been reported that the club has hired Ralf Rangnick as interim manager.
This comes less than a week after the team made the tough call to fire Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Now, Rangnick will be ready to try and get things back on track the rest of the season.

Rangnick isn't expected to be with the team for this weekend's matchup against Chelsea, but he should be all set to take over next week.
