VIDEO: Malcolm Perry Ices Game for Navy and Tops 300 Yards Rushing vs Army
By Mark Powell

It's time to start paying attention to Navy quarterback Malcolm Perry, period. The Midshipmen signal-caller, as most QBs before him, is called upon for his unique skill-set to handle a triple-option offense and gain the edge. This kid is special, and the numbers he'd put up entering the Army-Navy game were insane enough. On Saturday, he topped 300 yards and ran in one final touchdown to cap things off.
OVER 300 RUSHING YARDS.

Perry set the all-time record for most rushing yards in the Army-Navy game just snaps prior, but decided not to leave it to risk with one final scamper into the end zone.
The @NavyFootball QB Malcolm Perry, who just ripped off a 55-yard TD run, has a draftable grade by some NFL teams that project him as a slot WR/return man. "Athletic...tough...competitor..." and if anybody should need a scout team QB who can run the option, well, you know.?

Perry has received some interest from NFL scouts, especially after President Trump eliminated the service time rules for players who wish to play professional sports after their playing careers in the academy. It's unlikely Perry sees much times as a QB, but his talents as a runner can't be ignored.
