Right fielder Larry Walker was wearing a Spongebob Squarepants t-shirt the day he found out he'd be joining Derek Jeter in the latest class of Baseball Hall of Fame inductees. His outspoken personality made him approachable and well-liked during his playing career from 1989 to 2005, but one video is starting to establish itself as a fan favorite.

Walker got acquainted to his new stomping grounds, Coors Field, before its inaugural season. Walker shared home improvement plans for his spacious locker in the clubhouse, tested out the heated outfield turf and mocked a fan yelling at him from the bleachers, among other things.

Born and raised in Canada, Walker started his career with the Montreal Expos before he signed a free agent deal with the Colorado Rockies in 1995.

Walker, whose Hall of Fame plaque will include him sporting a Rockies cap, made history as the second Canadian-born player to make it to Cooperstown.

Let's hope at least some of Walker's Hall of Fame induction speech this July is as entertaining as his first walk around Coors Field.
