The Lakers lost Friday night to the Portland Trail Blazers in a game that was emotional from the start. Heading on the road to Sacramento could help the Lakers start to get the focus back to just basketball, even if only for a few hours.

The Kings are struggling at 18-30 on the year but did take down the Los Angeles Clippers in a 20-point win Thursday night. The team is still technically in the playoff hunt and a win over the Lakers would go a long way toward building up confidence as February begins.
