The Lakers are looking scary to start the season. Right now, they're 7-2 and were on a terrific seven-game winning streak before losing to a tough Raptors team Sunday. The biggest surprise on the team has been its role players, as guys like Avery Bradley and Troy Daniels have actually made important contributions.
LeBron James had a quiet night by his standards in that Sunday defeat, so expect him to go off this time around.
The Suns have easily been the biggest surprise team of the NBA season so far. They're 6-3, and much of the credit has to be given to their first year coach Monty Williams, who has this squad playing defense for the first time in years. Devin Booker is looking more and more like a superstar each day, and the decision to swoop in for Ricky Rubio and Aron Baynes is looking deft.
