The Los Angeles Lakers were coming off a huge win over the Milwaukee Bucks, the top team in the Eastern Conference, on Friday. But the "Lake Show's" true test came on Sunday afternoon, as they faced the crosstown rival Clippers for Western Conference supremacy. As every basketball fan knows, when the lights shine the brightest, LeBron James shows out. He did just that at the Staples Center, and teammate Kyle Kuzma acknowledged his performance by pretending to put a crown on his head after the King checked out of the game.

In 35 minutes of action, James tallied 28 points, along with nine assists, seven rebounds, and two blocks. James scored 12 fourth quarter points, including a clutch and-1 in the final seconds of regulation to give the Lakers a 112-100 lead.

Many thought that Giannis Antetokounmpo was the runaway favorite to win the NBA MVP award. That's not the case anymore, as King James is hot on his heels. Kuzma seems to think LeBron is worthy.
