NFL experts have all been extremely complimentary of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and rightfully so. At this point, it's difficult to argue that the third-year signal caller isn't the future face of the league, if he's not already in the process of claiming that title.

Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner took his praise of Mahomes to the next level by saying that the young superstar is "the most complete QB we've ever seen."

By Warner's assessment, Mahomes is on a trajectory to become one of the best all-around quarterbacks of all time, crediting the 24-year-old's mentality, physicality, creativity and arm talent.

Mahomes hasn't even played two full seasons worth of games yet, but his numbers through his first 25 career starts indicate that he is playing at a historically high level.

If the gunslinger can remain relatively healthy for the remainder of his time in the NFL, then Warner's statement will very likely be proven true.

However, he still has a long way to go before he can truly be considered among the greats. It's not his fault, he just hasn't played enough football yet.

For now, we should all just take a step back and enjoy all of the amazing throws Mahomes makes on a week-to-week basis, because, as Warner adamantly pointed out, this guy is a special talent.
