Just when you thought Kliff Kingsbury was all in on heading to Sin City, a surprising decision has arrived. Previously, it had been reported that Kingsbury had agreed to a new deal with the Raiders to become their new offensive coordinator.

However, things have changed seemingly out of nowhere. According to multiple reports, including ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kingsbury has backed out of the job. Now, new head coach Antonio Pierce will have to find someone else to run his offense. As it turns out, a move to Washington is expected to be on the way for Kingsbury. Whoa:

What led to this decision from Kingsbury? It looks like Dan Quinn decided to pursue him for the Commanders. This is pretty shocking and Raiders fans are not happy at all about this last-minute change from Kingsbury.
