The Cleveland Cavaliers got very unlucky during the NBA Draft Lottery, seeing their pick fall outside of the top-four despite being tied for the second worst record in the league in 2019.

Now, the Cavs are in full rebuild mode, and several teams around the NBA are looking into trading for the organization's only All-Star caliber player, Kevin Love.

Although his four-year contract extension is about to kick-in, the New Orleans Pelicans could look to acquire the two-time All-NBA big man. They seem to feel the impending arrival of Zion Williamson and the youthful talent added in the Anthony Davis trade, along with NBA All-Defensive Second Team honoree Jrue Holiday, gives them a solid foundation to build a playoff contender sooner rather than later.

The Hawks have also expressed interest in Love, and have considerable draft capital (three first-rounders) at their disposal, which they could potentially use in a deal for the Cavs' star.

While his best days are behind him, Love is still an elite player in the NBA. During his 2019 campaign, the five-time All-Star averaged 17.0 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game in 22 contests, but missed the majority of the season after undergoing surgery to alleviate pain in his big toe on his left foot.

At this point, a trade may be the only chance the former NBA champion has of adding a second title to his would-be collection.
