Could Kawhi Leonard be tipping his hand with regard to where he will sign in free agency? Fresh off leading the Toronto Raptors to their first NBA championship, the battle for Leonard, who originally hails from Los Angeles, is seen as a two-horse race between the Raptors and Los Angeles Clippers.

Board Man might have just dropped a major hint about his next destination, however, as he purchased a substantially large property in the affluent York Mills area of Toronto.

This could be nothing, as Kawhi could simply be diversifying his financial investments by getting into the Canadian housing market. Hence...the moving boxes, perhaps?

On the other hand, this could be the latest in an increasingly long trail of bread crumbs that leads to Kawhi staying up north. Leonard recently agreed to a sponsorship deal with a Cargo Jet Airways, which is based in Mississauga, Ontario. Cargo Jet also gifted Raptors superfan Drake a private jet years ago.

With Kawhi being a notoriously quiet personality, reading his free agency tea leaves has proven incredibly difficult. It seems the best way to get a handle on what Kawhi is thinking is to look at his business ventures and see how many of them involve Canada.
