It's Championship Sunday in the National Football League and the weather is sub-optimal in the first of the two clashes.

When the Tennessee Titans take on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, the forecasted high is going to be 19 degrees. We're in for a cold AFC Championship Game, no doubt about that.

Tennessee's strategy of giving the ball to Derrick Henry with a heavy dosage of play-action could prove to be gold for the visiting team.

Stopping Henry is tough enough, but with the temps below freezing, it's only going to make things tougher for the Chiefs. However, don't think for a second the team is going to let the cold get into their heads. Nope, they're ready for this game and are hoping to wipe away the terrible memory of losing to the Patriots in the AFC title game last January.

Fortunately for Kansas City, they have their own cheat code in Patrick Mahomes, who has had plenty of success himself in rough conditions.

For example, Mahomes threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns in a snow game against the Denver Broncos back in December. Yup, Both Titans and Chiefs fans should be ready for a treat on Sunday afternoon.
